Ecstasy and abstinence

Complete opposite but so similar. All depending on which point of the line you are.

I’ve passed for these two points, but finally managed to find my balance – I am in the middle, I don’t know for how long, but here I am! (Thanks to you!)

Ecstasy, according to the dictionary, has two meanings. The first one refers to the state of the soul absorbed in God contemplation and the things of the supernatural world. The second and more concrete, is the definition of the nervous condition characterized by loss of consciousness of the existence and the abolition of sensibility to any external action. Ardent pleasure, intimate joy, wonder, awe. All the elements that move us to seek new adventures and possibilities. We aim to live without limits, without pruning, characterized as the only acceptable condition abstained from reality, losing ourselves in the most absolute lack sensory. Yes, abstinence is required.

Abstinence defined by a human attitude. It is the voluntary surrender to the satisfaction of a desire or need, characterized by not doing something physical, psychological or sexual. Nowadays strongly enlace by alcohol and drugs, it is neglected in layers that constitute our lives. Their types may be very common like foods, religion, and discipline. Action extremely necessary in some situations.

Constantly merged, these two points acts like highly energetic peaks that sink us into exhaustion.

It is a necessary weight hard to balance.
